StepWow.com provides general healthcare information, descriptions of clinical services, physician directories, pricing summaries, and client-side forms that allow you to express interest in appointments, membership, newsletters, or general inquiries. Unless you enter into a separate written agreement with a licensed clinician or facility, nothing on this website creates a doctor-patient relationship. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE WEBSITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR MEMBERSHIP FEES IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS (USD).

If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any signed clinical or membership agreement, constitute the entire agreement regarding website use unless superseded in writing.
